Hopefully you are enjoying the many amenities the Tuscawilla Community has to offer. This includes our many parks, ball fields, playgrounds, hiking trails and splash pad. Living in Tuscawilla also provides us with a place to safely walk, run, and ride while taking in the many natural areas within our community.
January is the annual renewal date for the Tuscawilla HOA. As one of
the largest planned communities in the area, the $42.50 annual dues if paid online. If you choose to pay your annual dues by check it is $40.00.

Residents of Tuscawilla are not required to pay THOA dues. However, they are encouraged to join and pay THOA dues to take advantage of the HOA benefits.
