Tuscawilla- A Way of Life

Hopefully you are enjoying the many amenities the Tuscawilla Community has to offer. This includes our many parks, ball fields, playgrounds, hiking trails and splash pad. Living in Tuscawilla also provides us with a place to safely walk, run, and ride while taking in the many natural areas within our community. 

January is the annual renewal date for the THOA dues. You will receive a reminder along with a return envelope and information card. You can pay by check or by PayPal. Membership dues are $40 by check and $42.50 if you are paying by PayPal. This can be done at our website at www.tuscawilla.org.   Membership ensures that you have representation at government meetings and THOA sponsored community activities throughout the year. The

annual dues provide for the following:

   April 2nd, Halloween Party, Guest Speakers at Membership

   Meetings and more ...

• Monthly copies of the Tuscawilla Today magazine

• Encouraging community involvement

• Input on improvements to our local parks, roads, and trails

• Representation at both city and county meetings

• Support for improvements to our entrances and common areas
